Payment terms

  • All payments should be made in favor of “ DISHA ACADEMY ONLY’
  • EXCEPT CASH Members can use any mode of payment- they can make RTGS,NEFT,D/D/CHEQUE/Bank
  • Direct Payment(Members must send Scanned copy of Payment counter file by email to dishacademy179@gmail.com)
  • No cash payment are allowed
  • Distributors or Franchiser are not allowed to collect Subscription in cash from the members
  • After realization of Cheque/DD/Neft/Rtgs payment of confirmation, sms will be served to the concerned members
  • Payment Receipts will be sent to the respective members email account
  • Period of validity from the date of activisation of membership i.e. ONE YEAR
  • In case of Renewal of subscription payments Grace period of 15 days are allowed
  • For Non Payment of Renewal subscription after the grace period automatically Membership will be suspended immediately
  • Reinstatement of membership can be done with requisition from members along with Renewa
  • Subscription amount with Late fee of Rs.100/-will be charged extra.
  • In case of Strike, Natural calamities, System or Server problem on due date payments will be relaxed
  • DISHA ACADEMY has all the rights for cancellation of members payments
  • There is no refund system in our transactions, The purchases of any product or services from www.dishaacademy.co understand and agrees that all product/services purchased and/or download are considered final purchase for which absolutely no refunds will be given or provided
  • On confirmation of Receipt of payments from the members, verification of members details may take three or four working days (excluding National and LIC Declared Holidays) after verification members will be allotted, user name & password.
  • Members has to give their IP Address to avoid misuse of your password & to restrict multiple user on the same id
  • No Group booking payment is allowed
  • DISHA ACADEMY has all the rights to delete or alter the Payment condition at any time

    Refund & Cancellation

    In case of all product/services purchased sold by DISHA ACADEMY has no returns of any product sold will be accepted until and unless there is some problem in the media. If we do decide to issue a refund or receive a charge-back, your debt will be turned over to our collections department and you will be charged to cover our loss. The Purchaser of any product or services from www.dishaacademy.co understands and agrees that all product/services purchased and/or downloaded are considered final purchase for which absolutely no refunds will be given or provided.

    Further, Purchaser agrees and acknowledges that the Purchaser shall be solely responsible for and shall bear (and/or reimburse) DISHA ACADEMY for any chargeback fees issued DISHA ACADEMY or from any credit card company, merchant service or other source of payment that is initiated at the request of the Purchaser. Stated another way, should Purchaser request a refund or chargeback from any credit card company, merchant service or other source of payment on the purchase of DISHA ACADEMY products/services and should said card company, merchant or other source thereafter impose any fee or amount to DISHA ACADEMY at the request of said Purchaser for or as a result, purchaser shall reimburse DISHA ACADEMY for the refund amount plus the said charge back fee or amount.

    Â By purchasing any service/product from DISHA ACADEMY the Purchaser expressly authorizes DISHA ACADEMY to direct a payment/charge to made to Purchaser’s credit card/Debit Card/Net banking account (the same being the credit card/Debit Card/Net banking account used in the initial purchase of said service/product) in the amount of the said refund and charge back fee (or amount charged to authorizes DISHA ACADEMY for such refund).
